MAMMUT® Polyolefin-Klebeset verklebt Silikon und schwer verklebbare Kunststoffe wie wie Polyethylen(PE) und Polypropylen(PP). Kombination aus Sekundenklebstoff und Primer für schwer verklebbare Kunststoffe. Das Set besteht aus 20 g Sekundenkleber MAMMUT® 260.1 und 10 g Polyolefin Primer.

- Verarbeitungszeit: Handfest in 10 - 20 s · Endfest nach 12 h
- Temperaturbeständigkeit: -40 bis +120 °C

"Polyolefin - Primer" wird eingesetzt, um Polyolefine oder andere Materialien mit niedriger Oberflächenenergie entsprechend vorzubehandeln, damit diese mit MAMMUT® Cyanacrylat-Klebstoffen verbunden werden können. Auf den so vorbehandelten Oberflächen sind die Funktionseigenschaften der MAMMUT® Cyanacrylat-Klebstoffe im ausgehärteten Zustand im allgemeinen ähnlich wie in dem Technischen Datenblatt für den jeweiligen Klebstoff angegeben. Der Primer wird nur für schwer verklebbare Werkstoffe wie Polyethylen, Polypropylen, Polytetrafluoroethylen (PTFE) und thermoplastische Elastomere empfohlen. MAMMUT® Polyolefin Primer wird nicht für Verbindungen empfohlen, bei denen hohe Schälfestigkeitgefordert wird. Geeignet für Silikon, Polyethylen, Polypropylen, Polytetrafluoroethylen (PTFE) und thermoplastische Elastomere.

Anwendung
"Polyolefin Primer" wird auf die zu behandelnde Oberfläche mit dem Pinsel aufgetragen, nach wenigen Sekunden ist die Oberfläche abgelüftet und ist bereit zum Verkleben mit dem "MAMMUT 260.1" - Kleber. Die Oberfläche bleibt so ca. 12 Stunden lang „aktiviert“ und kann in der Zeit verklebt werden. Ein wiederholtes Grundieren der Oberfläche ist grundsätzlich kontraproduktiv.
