Produktinformationen "Oberflächengrundierung Primer MM4"

Oberflächengrundierung(Haftvermittler) für Metall, Glas, Keramik. Diese Grundierung macht es möglich, eine Verbindung mit SF-Silikonen und den genannten Oberflächen herzustellen, die beim Vernetzen(Aushärten) entsteht.

Anwendung von Primer MM4
Die Oberfläche muss frei von einer Oxidationsschicht sowie sauber und trocken sein. Primer mit einem Pinsel auf die Oberfläche aufbringen und ablüften lassen. Wenige Sekunden später(nach dem Ablüften) kann das flüssige Silikon auf die Fläche gegossen/aufgetragen werden. Beim Vernetzen entsteht eine relativ feste Verbindung zwischen Silikon und der Oberfläche.

Wichtige Hinweise:
- Oberfläche nur einmal mit dem Primer MM4 behandeln!
- Wiederholte Behandlung bringt keine Verbesserung der Haftung.
- Nach dem Grundieren bleibt die Oberfläche ca. 24 Std. „aktiviert“.
- Nur mit SF-Silikonen(00,13,33,45), SILIXON(10,25,40) und SILGLAS25 einsetzen.
